This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Every single employee’s attitude is absolutely trash. They talk to the customers crazy. Always rushing people and cutting you off while ordering but never have any customers to be rushing. They don’t even listen when you do order and just end up giving you whatever. They always have you pull forward for your food but once you get, it still be cold. How you barely have any business but still trash. Get it together.

We came at 10:45pm and google says they close at 11pm. Clearly saw us and refused to serve us. There was 2 cars behind us. Stop paying people who just leave early.

Tried this location two days in a row. Both days the fires taste like they were cooked in old grease. Also you will be in the drive-thru for about 15:00 minutes. The lady is nice but I think she’s running the register and cooking as well. won’t be back.

The older lady that was working drive thru and taking the cash at the window today July 17, 2023 around 12 and 1:30pm. Is rude and nasty. Getting attitudes when we repeat ourselves because she was interrupting us. And act like we didn’t know what we said when we said it 4times. Then got to window she was even more rude. Then we witness her getting an attitude with the guy in the drive thru that was just trying to take his lunch and order. If these the ppl you all hire then I see why that place is empty. It took about 25 mins just to get food. And it was only us and one more car there. Her attitude need to change or her position. Cause she lack being customer service.

Updated 9/3: Still 5 stars! We went to this location last Friday at lunchtime. They were busy but we were able to get our order placed and our food within a timely manner. The lady that took our order was Viola, and she was very patient and friendly. It is nice to have someone like her working the drive-thru as she was very pleasant. We placed an order for three combos, one being the impossible whopper. Everything in our order was correct (including adding cheese and whatnot). The drinks were also correct and we were able to get a sweet and sour sauce for the fries. Wonderful meal and a wonderful experience! Thank you!!

The wait to be answered at the speaker was long, the lady who spoke with us was rude and kept interrupting us so we couldn’t finish our order, she insisted on offering more expensive choice, when we got to the window they didn’t say a word to us, just took our card and handed us our food before moving on.

i don’t know how bad you can get. i make a mobile order i go through the drive thru they confirm my order. i get asked to pull up as they make the order. i waited over 20 minutes. i decide to go inside. order still isn’t made and new customers are walking out back to back with their orders. i got to the point i wanted a refund. the older rude woman from the drive thru microphone refused to help and said to contact the app instead. it’s fast food not rocket science. train your reps to actually help especially when the rep who had me wait was the first cause of the problem
