Very poor service from the cashier when I visited on Tuesday March 15, 2022. Server had a bad attitude and absolutely refused to provide me with something to clean the table with. She stated they had nothing to clean table with. I was shocked. The Manager, Mr. Miles was useless in resolving the table cleaning or correcting her attitude. Train your employees!

Food was good, but I was overcharged $2.00 for the original chicken sandwich meal. The menu board said $6.29, but it rang up $8.29. I tried to explain to the cashier, but she was math challenged, to put it politely, and definitely was not interested in getting it straightened out. I didn’t have time to spend half an hour to save $2.00.

Customer service was not good. Tables were dirty. Flies were everywhere. No restroom. My husband was standing in line waiting to place an order and was ignored and the girl at the counter ignored him and waited on the next person in line. So she lost his business and we left.

I told the lady no mayo on whopper and chicken sandwich that I’m allergic to it. I got in my truck and left and it was on both sides on both. I threw it out the window.It was marked on wrapping no mayonnaise.Luckily I didn’t take a bite.

The worst customer service… EVER. Cashier actually snarled at me for asking what is on a particular burger. Burger was well made and delicious, but not Wirth putting up with mean disgruntled employees.

If I could give any less stars I would. It’s a Thursday morning and we blew a flat 5 miles away, changed the tire and made it to this Shell station before the spare went out too. Tired and hungry we walked up to the door, everybody ran to the back. Served 2 cars in the drive thru. Still couldn’t just tell us if the lobby was open, or not. But they saw us out there. The ignorance of some people though. I hope they all continue to make $10 an hour for the rest of their career.

I don’t generally stop at Burger King. And have to visiting this particular Burger King I understand why. You never have a second chance to make a first impression. Walking in I was the only person in the building. They don’t have much of a menu to begin with and when you got to wait almost 7 minutes for a chicken biscuit to be cooked with four employees standing around and a manager, pretty incredible ‼️ I really don’t expect it to get any better when you pay the employee $15 an hour. There are just some employees that realistically are unemployable. Last visit here.

5-15-22 came in at 11pm I drive truck and they refused to listen to me when I said I couldn’t fit through the drive thru. So I had to go without eating. Very poor service and wouldn’t eat at this location even if it meant I had to loose my life.
