Very slow. No sense of urgency. No one seemed to be in charge, just some kids running the show. Spill left puddle in front of counter and instead of putting a sign up, the girl got a red sanitizer bucket and “BATHROOM” cleaner and started spraying the counter then wiping it in the floor. Then put the towel with the bathroom cleaner on it back in the sanitizer bucket water.

Food was ok. Service was some of the worst I’ve had anywhere. Gentleman calls my number to pick up food sees me walking to him sets my food down on the back counter, starts speaking to another gentleman in Spanish and they walk off I had to wait until another gentleman walked out from the kitchen to get my order and when I asked why it was left sitting out he just asked if I wanted ketchup. Terrible service for a twelve dollar Whopper. I won’t go back. Too many other choices in the food court for BK with awful service.

We tried to use the code from the app and was told they don’t accept them (even when the app said Concord Mills). Was also told of we were paying in cash, we needed to pay the exact amount. Then ordered a Whopper with no cheese and they added cheese. My fiance ordered a Whopper and they guy did not let him customize it and just copied my order. We could not eat the fries because of the amount of salt.

Food is good most of the time. The lady who bags orders takes forever and never does the mobile orders to have them waiting on people who have ordered that way so you’re always stuck waiting in line anyways. I enjoy the food but there’s only 1 person per station so 1 at the register 1 in the kitchen and 1 packing food. Very very slow. Unfortunately there’s not a lot to choose from here to eat at so kinda stuck with what we have so yeah. This place needs more workers and better management. Thanks.

My family stopped by the mall today just to grab something to eat. SOO MY DRINK WAS GOOD, but I ordered the #5 combo and I asked for only cheese. Open the wrapper and of course it had everything on it except for bacon. I went to go sit down and eat but I looked in my bag and there was no fries. I paid for my meal and 2 kid meals for my kids and total was $23 SMH Def won’t be eating there again anytime soon!! Check and make sure your order is fully correct if you choose to eat there.

Delivery is fast, you don’t have to wait for long time. The taste is incredible and will make you buy more. I tried the fish burger and was good, some people may not like it. But everyone should try crispy chicken. Overall the place is affordable and worth you are paying for.
