My boyfriend ordered a whopper and we must have forgot to order without hair because it had a long piece of hair on the burger. DISGUSTING. We go inside to get them to remake it and the man was nice about it and asked the women that assembles the hamburgers to remake it… she wasn’t wearing a hair net , hair wasn’t pulled back and she was on her phone. I recommend to just go to the one in Gastonia with the fat yellow rock, they might take forever but I’ve never found a HAIR in my burger

I have been eating at this restaurant quite a bit recently!!! Like any fast food restaurant they can be hit-and-miss, this store is no different. This particular visit was a good one, got two Whoppers and a large onion ring, I ordered online from home and boy I’m glad I did!!! The drive-thru was wrapped around the building like it always is ( Drive-thru here will get you out at a good pace though usually) BK’s online app has a good feature I like!!! After you order, once you make it to the BK parking lot they have a tap when you get here prompt, THEN they actually run your order to get it ready, which I think is nice and efficient for serving hot & fast-food. About time you get out of your car and walk in the restaurant your orders ready within a minute!!! This is why I’ve been eating here a lot recently. I’ve also noticed nobody wants to get out of their car anymore, the dining room was mostly empty on all my trips here, C’mon Dallas we got more energy than that!!! Dont we?? Or do we!!!

This is my 2nd time having issues at this location. And same results my food was cold who wants a cold whopper and dried up nuggets. If u go here please make sure you check bags and tell them to give u fresh upfront cause otherwise you may end up with items missing from your bag and cold food. And having to warm food in a microwave isn’t acceptable after just receiving it. I’m highly disgusted after having to stop back by to get what was left out my bag earlier then I order a extra nugget ending up with two cold dried up nuggets which even my dog stared at like .

My mouth has been watering all day since I passed Burger King for lunch and y’all know you can smell a Burger King grill for miles. So I came back after work tonight to this great Burger King. I was greeted at the drive through by the most politiest and humblest male voice and he did everything right and made me feel BK special I was so pleased with the attentiveness that I was shown when placing my order. Upon reaching the window the very clean cut polite man compleated my order and politely handed me the softserves I had ordered and I had 5 and he was still smiling!!! When I use to go to >>>> (McDonald’s their Ice Cream Machine is always down) When I received the rest of my order everything was fresh and as my grandkids say those fries was Bussing Bussing as Also the burgers and BIG Fish was sooo good and I definitely would like Burger King to recognize Shawn!!!! Shawn is a #1 Top Employee and definitely knows how to treat customers.
