Ordered the Texas double bacon whopper knew it was going to have jalapeños I like them. But what I got was more jalapeños than burger. Was enough jalapeños to make 4 burgers. I didn’t ask for extra jalapeños. There was so much jalapeños juice that it soaked the bun to where it was soggy and falling apart.

I ordered 2 whopper jr’s with cheese and customized each whopped as a take out. When I opened the wrappers of both burgers the patties were nothing but charcoal. I had to go back in to exchange. I was told “They come out of the machine this way” not once but twice. This infuriated me. The burgers were not eatable. In addition, none of the customizations were correct. They did remake the burgers and they were slightly less charred but still horrible and still none of the customization were correct. We were pressed on time so we literally choked them down. To even suggest that this was “acceptable” was horrible customer service. I will think twice about returning to a burger king in the future.

It was early evening. Absolutely nobody else inside – just the four of us. The staff didn’t know who was doing what. Three of them went outside to take pictures of the sunset while we waited for our food., which took at least 15 minutes – and only because we went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long! Two of the four whoppers had a dry, burnt burger. One just randomly came without onions. Plus the fries were cold. The worst BK we’ve ever been too. Never again and I urge you to not make the same mistake we did.

My husband and I stopped at this location while traveling. If your thinking about stopping here, DONT. We went to the drive thru and placed our order. I decided to use the restroom since it was taking a while to receive our food. After coming out of the bathroom, I over hear an employee who stated to another “Teresa was supposed to lock the door after she left. This lady came in to use the bathroom and didn’t buy anything.” At that time, I was grabbing some extra napkins on my way out. I did advise her that my husband was in the drive thru. She asked me what I was doing. I advised I was getting extra napkins. She stated “He should have everything he needs in the bag.” I walked out to see my husband still waiting on our food. He asked for ketchup and salt. The employee advised they are out of ketchup. At that moment, I was a tad rude because the previous employee advised we would have everything we needed. After I stopped talking, the drive thru employee said “You don’t have to be so rude.” I can’t believe the audacity of the first employee. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. I was a paying customer and what you stated was clearly unprofessional based on your bias and hypocrisy. I will think twice before eating at another Burger King. You are a reflection of the company and if Burger King considers this acceptable, there is something seriously wrong. FYI: A diversity training class might help.

If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. Fries cold, expensive burger cold, and order was completely wrong. Ordered burger no mayo. Mayo all over it. Ordered a bacon king got bacon bits no whole pieces never go here mcdonald’s across the road is a better option.

Go here almost weekly. ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Today got the 2 Whopper special for me and a co worker, as I ate mine, I thought that it was 1 of the best whoppers I’ve ever had. Perfect blend of pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. About 2 hours later as my co worker ate his, he told me the exact same things I thought!!

1 star only because it doesn’t offer negative numbers. Waited 10 minutes for fries and then they were cold because nobody bothered to bring our food out after they asked us to pull around. Then they didn’t put the bacon on my bacon double cheeseburger. What a joke, don’t go if you want hot fast food because you can sit down and order at a fancy restaurant and get served faster
