This was rough. We did not get the food we ordered but I tried eating it anyway because I had to pick up my kid from soccer and didn’t have time to go back. What I ate was rock hard. I couldn’t finish it. It was some weird chicken-type sandwich with BBQ sauce and onion rings on it but it was flat, hard, and chewy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich. ‍♀️

I agree with all the other negative reviews. Went to get breakfast this morning and the completely left out my egg burrito. So I call and talk to (Jonathan) and he said come back and get it. So I went back up there and I asked them to remake it because I had been 25 minutes from the order and it would be cold. They remade it then assure me everything is in there and again I get home and stuff was still missing from the order. So my wife called up there to talk to (Jonathan) to tell him the issue and he was a complete @$$ to my wife. She said she would contact corporate and he responded (I AM) the general manager. Just rude as can be and he is in the wrong to be in acting like that to customers. I really hope corporate looks into this and makes him retake customer service course… We’ll never be back here again over a $13 order they can’t get right twice and wasting your customers time because they cant make a order right to begin with.

Paid for a Sprite and they didn’t give me one. They were out of tea and replaced it with Coke and it tasted terrible, to much carbonation, almost no syrup. Forgot my bbq sauce. Line only had 4 people but we sat for 15 minutes after we ordered. Not going back

The 2 times I’ve gone here, I ordered a double whopper. Both times was given a single. Checked my receipt to make sure they didn’t accidentally put down a single, no. Also I know it’s just Burger King but they really slop these sandwiches together hastily and poorly.
