If I could give no stars I would. I went today around 1pm and ordered a chicken sandwich nuggets and two whopper Jr’s. Only one out of 8 nuggets was warm (not hot) the rest were cold, the chicken in the sandwich was still cold and undercooked and to top it all off there was a hair in the whopper jr. I went inside to ask for a refund, the cashier was nice and understood the situation but called her manager Rosa to get permission to do a refund, when I spoke to her she was so aggressive and combative and rude beyond understanding, refusing to give me a refund. Like excuse me ma’am there is simply no need, I’m the one who was wronged why are you mad? customer service training is needed for the manager (Rosa) at this location, she really told me to go and get the food I spat out so she can give me a refund. Smh i gave all uneaten food and the half eaten sandwich.

This place needs to be shut down, always bad service when I go. The drive thru lady is always rude. At the speaker she asked what size meal and drink I said large, I pull to the window and she gives me a water bottle. I said I wanted a large water. She gives attitude take the water bottle back and proceeds to give me a small/medium cup of water. I’ve been working in the sun all day and ill I want is a large water that I paid for. And I asked for honey mustard twice and she ignored me each time and threw the bag at me. Lazy staff

This is by far the worst Burger King on Fort Bragg. I get they are short on personnel but that’s not an excuse to be rude to customers and Door Dashers. The person incharge today was rude to one of the Door Dashers recently and today the cashier on the lunch hours was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s BK, so you know what you’re gonna get, 3 stars here. Nothing spectacular, but you won’t be disappointed. When pitted against other BKs, this location is 5 stars, but I rank against all burger joints, not just BK or other fast food. So yes there are better burgers out there than BK, and you can find recipes online to make better burgers, but in a pinch this is solid for food. Only problem was I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru so it is NOT a place to go for a quick lunch as everyone was there. That gets this place 1 star for a 2 star review.

I never write reviews like this, but since this place continues to disappoint I feel the need to write this review. Your entire process in regards to drive through service needs to be altered. It shouldn’t take over 30 minutes during lunch time to get an order. Not only that, but if you know you are slow during this time and you take an order for a medium red velvet milkshake… It doesn’t make sense to make it right away and have it sit there for 26 minutes so by the time the customer gets it, it’s not a milkshake anymore, but it’s more like sweetened/watery milk. Not only that, but it’s the wrong size and the wrong type of milkshake entirely! I don’t know if you know this, but the majority of your customers are soldiers…Their time is precious as it is and have a lot of things on their plates to get accomplished. They deserve better than this. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. If you are hungry between the hours of 1130-1300 Just go elsewhere.
