The food was fine but the service was incredibly slow and all the people working there seemed like they were half awake and not at all interested in taking care of the customer with any efficiency or speed. Nobody looked happy and nobody seemed interested in getting their job done in a fast or efficient manner. Don’t get me wrong. Fast food isn’t a fun job, but part of the job is customer service, providing a friendly, happy environment and fast and efficient service.

They definitely need to do better. We had to get back to the drive-thru because we got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Then we ended up having to get something totally different to drink because the lady claimed she put sugar in the tea, but it was unsweet. Not only that I had asked them to put pickles on the chicken sandwiches we ordered, and they didn’t even bother to put pickles on either sandwich.

Customer service is always good every time I go there. Food is as expected for fast food. The coffee is usually good, but today it tasted like hot water. I got a breakfast meal and the pot was empty. She said it won’t take long to brew a fresh cup. I watch her and she didn’t even change the filter and add new coffee grounds.

On the left is a salad from BK in Raeford, on the right is one of three salads I waited 15 mins for and paid almost $6 for at BK in Hope Mills. Milkshake machine was broken, tables were dirty and floor was sticky. It takes all 3 of my salads to amount to the one salad on the left.
