Very dirty dining hall and behind the register. Main countertop is filthy. One toilet in women’s bathroom broken and trash overflowing. Original chicken sandwich and onion rings was mushy and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my 2nd order ( I was the only person in the restaurant). Saw 2 managers in back joking and carrying on and they didn’t offer to help. Tv volume competing with music overhead. One ice machine is out of ice. I guess there’s a reason the restaurant has no customers at 12:30 on business day. If I were the owner I’d be very concerned.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and medium fry and I didn’t get the fry nor did I get cheese on my burger I also asked for a icee with soft serve which I know is not on the menu but the times I’ve came here they have done it for me it ruined my whole entire lunch and I rarely come to Burger King but I’ll definitely not be coming here again
