I want to start this out by saying I should have gotten the name of the gentleman that took my order because he was absolutely amazing. I go in to this Burger King with a list for myself and my children and this gentleman immediately saw my list and started ordering my food for me and also offered up supplement items for certain items they didn’t have. My order was made promptly, bagged perfectly, and all of the food was correct as well as the timing it took to get my food ready was absolutely phenomenal. Like I said I really wish I knew this guy’s name because he was absolutely impeccable with his service as well as his speed to get my rather large order together for me and help me get out the door to go and feed my family. I definitely recommend this Burger King in the Yopp Road Walmart area.

If you, Door Dash, you won’t wanna pick up orders from here. So now we no longer can see the customers name so if someone puts on base access we no longer will be able to see the customers name. Most of these customers don’t even contact us to inform us. I drove 6 miles today and was told I would not be compensated. Thankfully I was able to talk to another support that was able to cancel the order an issue me half pay so keep in mind for about 40 minutes worth of work I was paid 3.25$ and I have two children to support most the time I don’t wanna pick up orders that are on base even when they are capable of meeting many times but I do not want to risk not getting properly compensated. I’m literally working below minimum wage but because my son was kicked out of daycare for his medical conditions. This is the only job I’m able to sustain at this point and it is not ideal but it’s the only thing I’m capable of doing right now. It’s very disheartening how this area cares more about getting their food then peoples livelihood.

Did drive thru and took forever with only a couple vehicles in line then my service was turned and mt butger bun was so stale it came apart as I was eating. Ridiculous you charge a ton of $$ and serve old stuff not a good place

This particular location has upped the service tremendously!!! Annie taking the orders and money this morning was delightful. I’ve become accustomed to trying to make the workers smile at fast food restaurants particularly, because it has been a long rough season for them. BUT NOT TODAY. Everyone working here was professional and happy. Management must be doing something very right here. And the food was hot, delicious, and ready quickly. Thank you, ladies! (All I could see were ladies.) You’re rocking it!
