I stop at this Burger King on the occasion when I am in Lenoir to at least get my dogs some chicken nuggets while we are out but was shocked at the price hike. As I was talking to all the guys working there, whom loved seeing my dogs greeting them at the window, I mentioned the nuggets are for them how I usually get 2 for them but the price increase I couldn’t… He proceeded to get my dogs some nuggets which was incredibly nice and a surprise opening my bag to see. On other occasions before they were missing nuggets like someone miscounted so this made up for it. My dogs and I were very grateful as things have been tight. Truly made my day with his kindness. Also was funny seeing this sticker in light of me not being able to pay an extra $1.15 for chicken nuggets, lol.

Wait is usually long. Even though there are 2 drive-thru lanes, it defeats the purpose as there has always been only 1 person taking the order every time my family and I go here, so two customers cannot simultaneously place orders. With this said, you may as well only have 1 drive thru lane. Quality of food is, however, “okay.” Not terrible but not great either. Earlier, I arrived home and didn’t realize they ripped me off of the chicken fries. They literally gave me 7 old, overcooked and chewy chicken fries! The box was half empty. I have included pictures in case you think I am being petty. Had I been informed that they were low on chicken fries, I would have had the option to refuse paying. People here don’t care. Many options they could have taken like offer me a refund once they saw they were low, not even let me waste my money by having some dignity and let me know they were low, or not charge me at all while giving me whatever left they had. So disappointed. I ended up having to cook something extra for my child on a school night we were already behind on.

Do have wheel chair access oh that’s a must, not to long of a wait in line but not fast, sometimes closed down due too systems being down if that’s what is really going on who knows lol….

Pulled in for a cup of coffee after a long day at work I was turned away rudely. 10pm at night and the guy we don’t serve coffee this late really I said can you make some he rudely told me no and said McDonald’s was down the street never will I stop for anything at another Burger King
