Was greeted by a smiling lady who gracefully took my order! My friend asked for a little change & the employee sang the ditty “Have it You’re Way” with a smile & we all giggled. She made it fun! Enjoyed out experience very much!

I have frequented this establishment four times, in the last two months and out those trips have only been able to go into the actual restaurant once. The staff team leader had her child in and out from behind the counter while we were ordering and arguing with her and cussing at each other with no regard for customers at all. The other three times my husband and I have been the doors were locked and the dining room was supposed to be open. We could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the doors and staff member at the counter just gave us a middle finger and motioned for us to use the drive through . This is a sad thing to see as we are very much in love with the Burger King Franchise and I truly hope that other people have not had to experience the lack of respect and the profanities that we have endured at this location.

completely charges you for different items and doesn’t make the food correctly. literally asked for the chicken sandwich charged me for a wrap and then asked for a double cheeseburger. and gets charged for it to just get a single this place just sucks. never again.

I always feel like I am in the way for ordering food from this place. They always seem understaffed and talk to me to make me feel that. I’m grateful they get the food right and quick considering they seem short on help but dang,just once can we have people in there who speak to the customers and sound kinda happy. “Whatchu want” and “uhhh-huh” doesn’t make me feel too welcome. I love those ladies for trying but they make it seem like they would be happier not having customers or jobs.

Lady was rude. 30 minutes from closing. Open mic you can hear her talk to other workers and sigh like its a big hassle to take the order. Closing time is in 30 minutes. When I worked at fast food restaurants closing time is not time to clock out or chill 30 minutes before….You need to sell, you need customers orders that’s how you get paid for your job….No customer – no work. Easy logic.

Sat in drive thru for 18 min before service.i was carrying on conversation with my passenger then worker came over speaker and became extremely rude after overhaearing my conversation then told me to leave or she was gonna call police..

Twice now I have sat in the drivethru for 10 minutes with no one in front of me only to watch the two visible employees head back inside the back door and pretend no one is waiting to be helped. Two hours before closing. If you want to go home, close.
