Picked up two whooper junior, fries, and chocolate shake to go. Terrible. Cold food, old, stale, and tasteless. The toppings on the burgers were minimal. More than one one pickle chip would help. Fries needed to be hot with some salt. The shake was loose to the point of chocolate milk. The TV commercials are definitely false advertising. Won’t do that again.

Horrible customer service. Upon ordering we couldn’t use our gift card because they couldnt figure out how to work it, after swiping 6 times we finally decided to just pay with cash because they couldnt get it together an get it to work. So Then We were number #80 and after we heard them yell out #92 we finally asked were #80 was (which was a very small order 2 Jr’s, 2 nuggets an a large fry) just to be told they were unsure and the 7 employees just stood around and looked as if they were lost like they didn’t know what was going on. Then Almost 10min later we finally received our food. & after waiting for so long we Decided to just eat in the car (we had a very long drive ahead of us.) So we go get into the car just to find out that one of the sandwichs were made wrong, the large fry completely missing. So I go back in an the manager acted as if she didn’t believe me an was really rude about the whole situation from the start far before my order was even fully placed, when it came to the gift card not going through she acted as if i was the problem until I showed her it had absolutely nothing to do with my side. I honestly didn’t know that managers were allowed to act like that. Normally managers are respectful and help when problems arise. But i do know that the whole place was Very unprofessional. (Putting gloves on without washing hands first, filling frys containers with no gloves, no gloves while putting food in the bags and just down right rude… Definitely will not be returning

I’ve eaten here like 10 times each time trying to give them a chance because there’s barely anything quick to eat around. I tried so hard to like it. One concern is the food being prepared without gloves, I know that’s not a huge deal to some but I think it’s worth noting. The biggest issue is the quality of the meat here, each time I’ve been getting really sick after eating it whether it is the burger meat or the chicken. The chicken sandwich I just ordered was very very hard/tough, to the point that I needed to throw it out because I could not chew it, part of the breading was sharp somehow and painful to chew. I’d say just pass and go somewhere else. Even ordering is awkward and the people here seem angry when they take your order. Kindness and care are key but I understand not everything is perfect
