We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and was in the drive through way too long. It was hot weather and I asked for a courtesy drink. But, was turned down without a second look at what I asked for the manager to do. She said no without giving it a second look or reasoning thoughts! As we waited too long to not have “hot Mozzarella Cheese Sticks”! We got “not so hot mozzarella cheese sticks for how long we waited in the drive through! I needed to share this experience with somebody who would listen to reasoning as my request wasn’t beyond their reach!!!

Last time I actually had food at this location was about 5 months ago. Burgers were dry even burnt. Fries were cold and the nuggets were cold. So I gave it some time and I tried going twice last week after work but they were closed. Sign says open until 11pm but it’s been before 10:20pm and no service. One of the times there were no employees to be found, the other time they flatly said “we’re closed” at the drive thru. As I drove around I could see them through the window just standing there talking. Another customer was knocking at the window trying to get their attention but he was blatantly being ignored.
