MRS E was rude and even after showing her my bank account where the funds were taken refused to apologize or even replace my order. Horrible experience, the worst bk to go to! I only had a Burger and large fries in my bag but somehow the burger was smashed with a hard bun (probably doctored up an old 1 to fit the order) and I was asked to pull forward, I assume so that these shenanigans could take place while I assume I’m waiting for fresh food! ZERO STARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had pretty much given up on Burger King. By chance, I decided to try this one. I have been back several times since, and I can say it wasn’t a fluke. As a teenager, I lived off of the chicken sandwich, and is really the only thing I’ve ever eaten from here. Up until I tried this location, the sandwiches at other locations ALWAYS had nasty lettuce on them. I know that sounds petty, but come on. Anyway,like I’ve said, I’ve gone here several times recently just for convince, tbh. It wasn’t a fluke. They have been consistently sooooo good. They have regained me as a customer. Not that my business is going to make or break them, but I just wanted to say kudos to this particular location!!

Used to like this place okay, and it was hit and miss on who was working. However went to get something for dinner earlier tonight, and the order was wrong, the food wasn’t edible , and the manager was very rude. This place needs to be shut down, or a new crew.

Service was extremely slow. Burger was halfway descent but the fries tasted like they were cooked in oil from a month ago. Tea tasted old. I won’t be going back to th8s location! Not recommended

I ordered from Uber eats they are not allowed to open your bag because of the coronavirus also when I went up there the manager was going to charge me for an 8-piece nugget then I’d never got with my meal and she was sitting there arguing with me I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I would never treat a customer like that I will never go back to that Burger King ever again people of Google don’t go to this Burger King on South lake drive
