Drive-thru was slow despite no line inside or out. Out of Dr Pepper, sweet tea, unsweet tea, and the coke was watered down. Bathrooms were run down, no soap in the men’s, and the paper towel dispensers were empty or broken.

What an absolutely filthy place. The tables and floors look like they haven’t been washed in days and the benches outside were just as filthy. The mens restroom was also filthy! The only urinal was plugged, and the tiles on the floor were loose and a trip hazard. My wife complained about how filthy the woman’s room was as well. Our food was done and just sat there until one of us had to ask for it. This place should be shut down by the Department of Health! We’ll never stop there again!

Staff was friendly and normal Burger King food. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled. Restaurant area was dirty and outdated. We were the only customers at the time. Staff needed to be cleaning during the downtime. Obviously not being managed.

I don’t know if the owner of this franchise is aware of what the staff does at this location I tried approximately three different times to place the order at the drive-thru I’ve told each time they will be 45 minutes to an hour wait . I do believe that is because the one blue car parked out front that’s not want to do any work or don’t have the help. Just go ahead and shut this location down is causing more to keep the lights on with the personality of this staff

We just tried to go to breakfast here. Very disappointed. Our whole family walked in. But they were not ready…. door unlocked cuz we just walked in the sign said on and the signs on the door said they open at 7 we were told they don’t open till 8:30. I have never experienced this before. Not a way to run a business at all.

They are out of chicken, ketchup, cheese, and the drink machine is out of almost all drinks! The dining area is not clean. I blame the owner/management for these problems! Very disappointing.
