When ordering fast food I know I’m taking a gamble but this is the ONLY fast food establishment that I’ve consistently had cold, inedible food every time I’ve made the horrible decision to grab a quick bite. How is it ALWAYS cold???? I’m flabbergasted this place is still open, but being the only place to get fast food in south congaree, I guess some people have no choice but to suffer and settle. This place should be shut down immediately and everyone should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is awful. It should be shut down. I tried calling several times to see if they had the menu items advertised on their front door because they normally don’t have it when I arrive. After several attempts they did not answer once so I took a gamble and went in. When I got there I came inside and asked if they still sold the spicy chicken fries they have on the front window advertisement and the old woman who works nights told me they no longer sell them. So I then took my phone out and called the number only to hear her tell the girl working the window that she’s not answering the phone because it’s not her problem. I order four of the 8 piece nuggets and she only put 2 in the bag I had to tell her that I ordered four and that she was the one who took my order. I showed her the receipt and she finally gave me what I paid for. But before she did she deliberately coughed into my bag. I will be calling corporate this morning and making sure they are aware of this.

This is the only burger king on my way to work, and I love burger king, but this location I usually think twice before stopping at. Today I decided to try it again, and it is different staff then I saw awhile back, they were nice and got me through the line much faster. Definitely has improved. Only advice I give to this BK, change your grease more often, you can tell if the grease hasn’t been changed as it should , changes the taste of the food.
