I ordered a Whopper only and was the only one in the drive thru line. It still took 22 minutes. Yes, I watched the clock because I was trying to get to my 2nd job. When I got to the window, a light-skinned black dude, who was very helpful, if I may add, had a cigarette behind his right ear. To make matters worse, it was previously lit. I simply threw the food in the trash and vowed not to eat there again. What is really going on BK? I love your food, but the customer service has got to get better. Please. We beg you!!!

I have a positive review. I’m surprised by these negatives. This BK on Two Notch in Columbia SC was great!!! I loved my whopper, it was nice and fresh tasting. The fries were hot and also the nuggets were nice and fresh! The lady taking orders, I believe Amanda, was extremely nice. She forgot to hand me a cup for my drink. She apologized and upsized it for her mistake. One of the managers talked to me about Columbia and told me about different places to go and see. I thought service and food were both outstanding!!!

She was really boisterous and unprofessional when having her side conversations in the common area of the store and the food was NOT hot, prepared very sloppy and just not up to regular standards. Sat in drive thru about 20 minutes. Ordered 2 croissanwiches with no cheese. Got home and noticed they had cheese on them. Went right back at 11 am, was 1st told they were closed. Explained to the young lady with super long lashes that I was returning my order. She then said they stopped breakfast at 1030 and no longer had breakfast food. I’m thinking if you’re closed, you don’t have no food. She refunded my $6 and I traveled to find something else to eat. I’ve heard of closing early, but 11 am was indeed a 1st.

Took my kids to get spider verse whooper meals brought 3 all 3 a mess cold no cheese. The restaurant was clean! One lady in there was working multiple positions and very friendly with a big smile! The food was hot and fresh!
