I have tried yo be patient with this location but today took the cake when the manager wanted to argue with me! I ordered a burger, fries and a drink thru the app to be picked up at the window. I was given my drink and asked to pull around to the parking lit where they would bring me my food. After 15 minutes I walked into the store and my food hadn’t been prepared and one of the employees pulled my ticket out of the trash and asked if that was my order. Finally i saw the manager, who helped me at the window and her response to argue that she didnt forget me, she had to shift change the drawer first. And she made it known a couple more times that she didnt forget me… the only reason I gave the service 2 starts is because her surrounding employees worked to make it right and kept apologizing for the mishap. Im highly torlerable and after today i wont go back here!

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Only 1 car was ahead of me. The lady at the window came to the window with a cell phone up to her ear. Then gave me the incorrect drink, I watched her. She apologized and corrected it. Then while the drink was sitting there, preceded to have her phone laying down and was texting/typing for 1 to two minutes while I was sitting…waiting to pay and waiting for my drink. The window was open then entire time. I said “nevermind, the phone is more important ” and she said back to me “it’s my boss”. I drove off. So unprofessional. They were not busy. I went to Sonic across the street, where there were 6 cars in line…placed my order, waited, paid and received my food quicker than my time at Burger King. Never again will I go to this establishment.

Waited in line for 20 min, placed a large order only to get to the window and be told my order was handed off already. So I was asked to come inside. Got inside only to find a large crowd of other folks waiting for their orders to be corrected. Took 10 min for them to finally acknowledge me. I asked for my money back. New chick was crying all over the place. I felt sorry for her butttttt if you’re that stressed at work then ask for help or just go take a break and pull yourself together honey. Life is hard but it ain’t that serious. Not coming back lol

Did the online app ordering and headed to restaurant which is 20 minutes away. Pulled up to drive through and asked twice about order. Pulled up and received drink but continued to wait on order. Asked to pull up to door and wait for order to be brought out. After 10 more minutes order brought out. Came home and went through the bag to find whopper was correct as well as fries onion rings and sauce. Unfortunately big king was incorrect. No lettuce, onion or pickles (these are in description of what comes on burger). Disappointed since we waited for so long and burger still missing toppings promised. Won’t be going back to this location. Sad that people no longer have pride in their job.

This is the most worst burger joint place ever went and got a whopper jr.meal medium today after 2pm there was hardly anything at all on the burger meat patty was so puny and the 2 time I’ve been in there and the bathroom no paper towels the lady that took my otder had the most sourest look on her face told to have a blessed day no response just a sour look like she didn’t even want to be there this isn’t the first time I’ve been in here but it’s the very last I’d rather go to the Burger King in Newberry and that’s saying something there

Should have known not to come here because, sadly I used to work here… they always have and will obviously continue to mess up people’s orders. None of the employees care and the managers are toxic. Only reason we chose to eat here was because it’s cheap. 10/10 don’t recommend.
