Found out this location is franchised. So any issues you have regarding “company policy” is actually not company policy. I am unsure if the owner is also the manager but if you have any issues relating to a deviation from what is standard BK policy it’s actually been implemented by the manager and is not a reflection of BK corporate policy. Any issue you have is 100% all the manager’s and/or owner’s fault and corporate has no ties or connection to those decisions. The BK support line will attempt to placate with you $5 but the manager does not care so there will be no resolution. Her employees have directly told me that she does not want to be bothered with complaints and she will not listen to any; however valid, even if it’s contradictory to the entire chain’s standard policies. Due to this being a franchise the BK support line can do absolutely nothing to address the manager’s contradictory policies.

So my last few times here have been consistently good. All items have been in my bag, requested sauces, extra napkins and a straw. I even made it in time once for breakfast and them hashbrown rounds are literally everything!!! The young lady in the Honda and the older lady in the back make sure things get done fast and correct.

The service is very poor. Staff are rude and don’t appear to know how to do their job. The food is either wrong or cold. Extensive wait times in the drive through. I truly wish someone can turn this place around. We love Burger King just not this one.

This place needs to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. The service is horrible. I asked for onions on my Junior Whopper and was told they had no onions. That was fine until she told me they she had to cut them and it made her cry. Unbelievable, I like Burger King but I am done going there even though I live in Inman.

I ordered a whopper with cheese on the mobile app. Went inside to get my food, they were not even crowded. I waited 29 minutes for a sandwhich and fries. And I know it was 29 minutes, because my boyfriend and I were on the phone while I was waiting. And when the girl handed me my food, she didn’t say one word to me. Now I know why McDonalds is always busy, and Burger King is not. I will never go there again. Worst service ever!! I wouldn’t even have left one star, but I had to.

This BK is hardly ever open. I always see it from the drive-thru of the McDonald’s next door, and no matter the time of day, it’s either closed or looks closed. The attached photos were taken at 6:30pm on a Sunday. Drive-thru coned off (as it often is), sign on the door saying, “Lobby closed,” but also an employee inside. I’m shocked it’s stayed technically open as long as it has. If you’re in the area and considering fast-food places, don’t waste your time here. The McDonald’s next door is the best one I’ve ever visited, and the Zaxby’s across the street is also good.

My sister and her son order from app and order goes to the Inman, SC store at 11941 Asheville, SC and with meal delievered by door dash oder at 7:51 pm on the 8/1 Bacon King burger was to be only ketchup and pickles, half order of french fries cold, drink not sealed for safety seal. burger had mayo , tomatos, bacon , lettuce, onions So this burger king should be closed indefinited cause service is sloppy, every employee is so rude when u call to tell them your order is not correct the person on the other end of phone hangs up on you. and there are heck of alot of bad reviews for this store and manager at this store has only been a manager for 2 to 4 months, she seems to let her employees screw off and bag wrong orders, with out checking tickets before bagging wrong orders and sending them all door dash orders are to be sealed with a tamper proof sticker for the customers protection in case of tampering with orders, need to straighten the store out or just close down this store. I know all about burger king causeI manager the one in wisconsin at plover. and i always correct and double check orders in bags before sending them out to customers.

When it was being constructed, I assumed it was going to open trying to win customers over, but instead it was a massive disappointment. The food quality is poor, the drive-thru takes a long time (even though it’s not busy), and the lobby or drive-thru gets haphazardly closed (like during the day when it’s supposed to be open). I don’t know how this could happen or who’s responsible, but it’s tragic.

Should have read the reviews before I came to this slop bucket. Ordered a spicy melt the other day it was all wrong. Tried to let them redeem themselves today. Time I mentioned how they screwed up the last visit the mood turned somber. Rude customer service. I don’t even expect it now with everything being so ghetto. I just cross them off. Until pretty soon I’ll have nowhere left to go that’s fine I’ll fix my own food. Atleast it won’t be slop. And atleast I won’t have to deal with folks attitudes I’m so sick of the attitude and entitlement. These people forget they have a job to do and who their boss is. I’m scared they spit in the food anyway. My meal today was questionable, cold, and served with an attitude. I won’t go back. Todays date Sat April 8 approximately 12:30 pm. Time of purchase. Hot mess.

Only been there once and only ordered one thing. I ordered a Vanilla Iced Coffee that literally had probably a teaspoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of it! It was basically undrinkable. 1st impressions are always key for me so I won’t be going back & giving them another shot.
