Just moved here and this was my first and last time at this location. The person on the speaker didn’t know the menu, when asked for the Italian chicken combo… She didn’t know what it was. Then didn’t ring up the combo. Before we could correct it, she gave a price and had us pull up. When we let her know that the Italian was supposed to be a combo, she informed us that we should have told her… We told her twice. Then they still forgot the fries for my combo. When we thanked her… Not even a you’re welcome was said. Also, the tea was so bitter and cloudy brown it has to be dumped down the drain. The food was alright and the service was atrocious.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is absolutely the worst fast food/restaurant ever. I’ve alway had a bad experience here and I thought today was going to be different but I was wrong. I guess if you’re terrible you’re terrible. I was was surprised to see two drive thrus. But that didn’t matter. You guys were still slow. It wasnt even busy today but I still had to wait 20min to place my order, then waited another 20min to get to the window to pay, then I paid, the cashier told me to pull up. I did so. So I waited another 30min only for the cashier to come out and asked me what I ordered. Are you kidding me. Then 20min later she brought out my food and it was still wrong. Wow. The worst fast food restaurant that apparently hire the worst employees, who never take their jobs seriously and always seem to keep the place a dirty mess.

3 weeks ago I would have given this a better rating. However, management has changed and this particular BK is now the worst. I had a bad experience from waiting to get my order taken (while listening to the girl in drive thru joke around with her co workers) to getting a drink spilled on me with no apology followed by an incomplete and incorrect order. When management was asked to make it right he threw the burger over the counter and again no apology. I’d rather drive to Socastee to go to BK than patronize this one again. Oh, BTW, contact with corporate is limited to website only and there was no call back although asked for.

Have went a few times. Could not order from the order area. Was told to pull up to window to order. There only four cars at the drive through. The lay our for the drive through are horrible. Ended leaving because waited more 10 minutes and cares did not move. Never got waited on. Horrible. That is why that particular Burger King is having a hard time. Lazy people work there. You cannot get waited on ever….

Visited 5/6/23, when I got to the order board, they asked me to come to the window and they would take the order there. After getting to the window and waiting several minutes (even cutting off the engine) I was turned away so they could ‘take care of the orders ahead of me’. As I was leaving between 5-10 cars were parked in the aisle at the front of the store.
