If I could give this place A0I absolutely Would this is the second time this week they messed up my order period. This time I placed my order online to pick it up at the window. I still waited 35 minutes and then my wapper junior had no Burger. It was bacon cheese lettuce tomato onion missing the burger. I also ordered onion rings which I did not receive. I don’t dare go back there for fear I will have to wait another thirty five minutes.

Be patient with the employees, they a short handed and doing their best. The husband and wife manager duo are amazing, and go above and beyond. Did is with the wait, especially when they are cook to order, only other place doing that is cookout with a full staff. So it’s worth the wait, the app is worth the rewards, as far as I’m concerned anyway. BK trumps slack McDonald’s over there by Kroger anyday. And, the impossible Whoppers are FIRE , as fresh as they make them it’s so worth it to try here at this location.

I’ve gone to the drive thru 5 times. 4 of those times, I was told they were out of all chicken items. How can a brand new chain be out of chicken for two months? Last week, I decided to try it again for breakfast. It was 10:20am and breakfast menu was up. When I started my order, she said they were out of breakfast. Then she asked me what time it was. WTH? Since, clearly owner and management don’t care, makes me wonder if this is the future in money laundering. Does Burger King care?

This is by far the worst burger King in existence. The drive through is incredibly slow. If you order ahead to make your life easier, you will still wait forever and have to park in the inconvenient, incredibly small parking lot. The employees are rarely friendly. I believe the incompetence trickles down from management. I ordered food a half an hour ago. Paid. And am still waiting.

Just went to the window and asked for certain sandwiches and were informed that they dont have buns for those sandwiches and they have only buns for three or four sandwiches. We left and did not place order. Nobody was in there except two People sitting in the dining area and from driving around it did not look like is open so my guess is that the two People who were sitting are employees. Didn’t risk ordering.. I love Burger King and live few miles from here and was my first experience at this location.

There was an issue with the online order we placed. It was also late in the night and the staff working went above and beyond to get us our food and super quick. It was on 7/24/23. I didn’t get all their names but we feel they should be recognized for all they did. The food was great and fresh to order.

Horrible, worst Burger King in America!! Always broken broiler and is closed before 10pm every Fri and Sat!! Worst management of a Burger King I have ever seen in my life! Don’t go there! A problem every freaking time! Complete disgrace for a franchise store! Might as well never have opened! Pathetic!!!
