I haven’t eaten fast food in years. Partly, because the food is over processed garbage, but mostly because I haven’t gotten my order the way I wanted it. That’s across the board, every restaurant. I’m not even a picky eater. It’s always simple things. Case in point, me and my girlfriend go to Burger King on Pelham Road on the way home. She orders a single whopper and a small fry. I ordered the double whopper meal with a medium fry. There was one other customer in front of us, so it wasn’t even a busy night. After listening to the cashier talk about Looney Tunes dressed up as superheroes we walked out to the car with our order. As I was driving away, my girlfriend looked in the bag and lo and behold, we’re short one fry order. OK, not a big deal. She goes back and tells them they give us the fry and we leave. I get home to find out that there’s not even a double whopper in the bag , it’s the miniature whopper and a single one at that. I would completely understand if my order was no pickles, light, onions, add mustard, no mayonnaise. But it wasn’t. It was simply a double whopper. I just don’t understand how that’s complicated. I would also understand if it was a busy night. I’ve worked in the service industry, mostly restaurants, for the last 17 years. I get , that sometimes orders get messed up during the heat of a rush. But there was one other customer, the restaurant was empty. Somehow, still managed to mess up my order, and not even give me the right item. It boggles the mind. So, either people in fast food just stopped caring about customer service altogether. Or it’s a scathing statement about the education system in America. I’m not sure which. But I would recommend that you not go to the Burger King on Pelham Road. Ridiculous.

OMG! This store is so much better than the BK near GSP. The service was very good. I didn’t have to pull up to the front of the building while they made my food. The guy at the window greeted me with a smile. Unlike GSP, who treat white people rudely. I had one window cashier never even make eye contact, not verbal contact with me….even as she handed me my debit and the food….never saw the whites of her eyes. Go to Pelham Rd. BK….they treat you like a king.

Service was not good. Kind of rude. Impatient. My food would have been good but it was lukewarm at best and they forgot my bacon!!

Typical Burger King restaurant. Close to I-85, so easy on and back on highway. Clean, friendly staff.

Just nasty. I’ve tried this place twice. Once was during lunch and the service wad good but food was just not fresh. Again at night and again, not fresh. Bun on whopper was stale, burger and fries were cold. Bad service. Just awful and too expensive. Will not return.
