DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY… I’m so tired of going to places and always having to check before driving off….we came yesterday and it had been a long time since we were here cause the service and food was not up to standards. It was ok, so we thought let’s try this morning. All we got was a loaded croissant, 5 piece french toast and large hash brown, could they get this wrong? Nah, we drove off like fools, that loaded sandwich turned into a cold egg cheese sausage croissant!!! And the French toast sticks like limp sticks! I tried to call of course some out of town number that can’t leave the message on. What happened to the good quality service? We WONT be back!!! And will encourage people NOT too either!!

Never had a problem here until the new manager started working here and I come every friday on my way home from golfing. Super long wait just to get robbed of my hard earned money. Ordered whopper with cheese and got a hamburger. Came back through the drive through and they tried to hand me a slice of cheese unwrapped through the drive through which is gross and unsanitary. They refused to remake my whopper with cheese and gave me half of a refund. Paid $12.14 and they gave me $7 back. I hope the owner sees this review and holds this location accountable. You lost my business. I will drive the extra miles to a different location so I can be treated with some courtesy. What happened to the customer is always right???

Went through drive@ 3:58 pm ordered 2 whopper jr’s and a value fry. The total was $5.35 I got to the window to pay and I asked the lady did you get the value fry? She replied the fries don’t come with them I told her I knew that but I ordered a value fry she charged me for a small fry not a value fry. My order ticket was 82. She was very rude she did not listen to my order and then charged me $2.86 for a small fry and I said a value fry more than once. My fries were cold not salted but my burgers were good. I worked for burger king in moonville Piedmont for 12 years and her service was terrible.

…walked in, no employee at counter to greet or take orders, waited five minutes. Guy in front of me stated that he had been waiting for awhile for his order. Line at drive thur wrapping building, some are pulling forward to wait for the rest of their order… walked back out without order, bad for business

The lady running the shift 5/15/23 needs an attitude adjustment, barking and cussing at your employees won’t work. Everyone was scared to talk or get out of formation. Mrs. Alicia tho, she needs a raise! Thru all of that she still remembered both my orders after 5 or 6 other orders. On top of that let her shift lead know exactly what she was thinking evertime she barked at her. Speaks mind, maintains cool with customers, and doesn’t show out in the kitchen… they should switch positions. I walked in for a to-go order.

I was very disappointed with this visit. We ordered breakfast right as they were changing over to lunch but they still allowed us to order breakfast. We sat in the drive-thru for close to 10 minutes, as the line grew behind me. Granted our food was hot, but she walked over to the window a couple of times without saying anything to me. She then informs me that it was the breakfast burrito that took so long. That’s all well and good, but tell me before making me wait all of that time.
