It was classic bk and I enjoyed d it. I been having hard time finding a good bk. Which surprised me seeing that it is a major chain. So I finally found it. Their cheeseburger was on point cooked well and the fries were crispy with the fluffy inside. It was delicious this time I believe the 2 Times I have been there. Eating in at any restaurant with two very young boys is never easy , however my experience this morning was absolutely amazing. All thanks goes to Robert who was our cashier this morning. He made my day and was so sweet and helpful. My boys absolutely loved him and he went above and beyond for us this morning. Employees complaining about my family’s big order(4 meals) Meat on burgers was cold for both mine and my sons burger. They used spatula to put his barbecue sauce on(imprint on bread) I know patties are precooked but I took two bites and threw my whopper away son ate his and has had upset stomach for three days now. Fries were warm outside cold inside. Employees were cursing and arguing. We didn’t get my daughters burger, probably a blessing and I didn’t get my drink. In my opinion might as well close as they have no care for customers.

Everyone’s so busy in their own life, that they can’t “Work”. The one’s who do show up and do their job, get harassed for “talking” when they have to communicate with other employees. Or “leaving position” to stock up what’s been used, even though that’s part of their “Job Description”. The chocolate shake I acquired today via drive thru was a sad travesty, with only a tinge of Hershey’s chocolate. I am about to give up, and accept that the only good shakes will be made at home. My daughter seems to enjoy those synthetic Impossible Whoppers, but her gut hates them.

The food was terrible . I got a whopper Jr combo . The fries was sooooo salty . The sprite was not a sprite ! And it was my lunch break so I was not happy !
