Service was great, but I didn’t get what I asked for on my chicken sandwich. I asked for cheese and was charged $1.40, but no cheese was on it at all. I had to put my own cheese on it when I sat down to eat and saw none. The food was also cold. Even my nephew who said it first that his food was cold. The Carowinds blvd Burger King when it comes to their food needs work. For hot food and getting it how I ordered it Pineville Burger King is the one to beat.

Came to this location on July 2nd at around 1pm. Went inside and placed my order and while waiting for our food was told that we could not sit inside and that we had to eat outside in the heat. (Keep in mind its July 4th weekend in South Carolina and it was 100 degrees that day). So as i look around i see 2 employees sitting in the dining room at different tables eating (inside in the air conditioning). My question is why were we forced to eat outside in the heat even tho the inside was clearly open? Seems odd that employees can use the dining room but paying customers were forced to eat outside in the heat. Its obvious that these poor excuse of an employees didnt want to clean the dining room so its easier to just make the paying customers sit outside. Burger King needs to screen their employees a little better if this is what they call customer service. Minimum wage may be too much for this crew! Used the drive thru in this location, and everything went smoothly. We ordered a sandwich and 2 burgers. Unfortunately, two of us ended up pretty much intoxicated, we had to go to the toilet at 3am and kept feeling bad the next day. We won’t likely come back to this location at the very least.

DONT GO HERE!!! Theres 2 lady’s that work in the window and they are the worst and rude people I have ever encountered. I have gone 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time they were on the phone and made me wait because they were in a conversation. The fries never have salt, THERE WAS HAIR ON MY FOOD, and they tried to charge me 27 cents per sauce!!!! This is ridiculous, and has lost my business forever!

Went during lunch time wondering why they weren’t busy like the other fast food places near it. Don’t know which was worse, getting my food practically getting thrown at me or getting the drive thru window getting slammed in my face. No customer service effort even made. I left UNDERSTANDING why they weren’t busy during the peak hours.
