Only giving 2 stars because they staff I encountered was friendly. However, I placed a mobile. Once they gave me my drinks they asked me to pull forward to wait, no an issue. I waited 17 minutes. During that 17 minutes only one car came through drive thru, and no one ordered inside. I don’t mind waiting if my order is going to be correct. I only had 3 sandwiches and 3 fries and no sandwich was made correct. I paid EXTRA for upgrades to my sandwiches and of course they ignored every single one of them. They also put things on one burger that did not belong on there. I’m not sure what is going on with the Burger Kings in Aiken, but they have the worst skills in their line staff.

I told the girl working drive thru 3 times NO KETCHUP NO MAYO add cheese, after paying 24 dollars I want it the way I ordered it, get all the way home it has no cheese, with KETCHUP and mayo which I CANNOT stand. Try calling the restaurant its a non working number from Florida, there location is aiken makes no sense you can’t contact them on york st, so passed off right now… this is why I don’t usually eat out!!!!

Reached out to corporate multiple times and was told to expect someone from the store to reach out to me with a resolution, but that never happened. I came through yesterday around 5pm. There were a group of people by the speaker just being loud and rude while I was trying to order. My order taker was RUDE from the start but then she goes very rudely “ma’am I can’t hear you” and I informed her of the loud people beside my window that were making me feel uncomfortable. Store was closed on inside, and we had a big order, so Rebecca the manager had us come in and place order so we would have to fight with drive thru. And placed each meal in separate bags. Made things so easy. Thankyou

WORST SERVICE EVER! Food order was missing item! Waited 35 mins for food, then had to get back in drive thru line to get missing order of room temperature fries! The person who took my order was rude and didn’t even offer an Apology for the 35 min wait the first time or the 15 min wait the second time! If I could give this place a -5 stars, I would! Food wasn’t even hot ! It was ROOM temperature! Thoroughly Disgusted!
