Stopped for lunch walked in to order at the counter. The lady said we are closing and they couldn’t give us lunch. No explanation as to why they shooed us out the door as well as other customers. Then she locked the door behind us. We do like Burger King and hope they can resolve the issue. Hopefully someone checks in to what is going on.

8/5 roughly 6:15pm. Food was hot but wrong. Dining area was filthy with food on the floor, zero napkins at the self service drink station, and employees phones were charging at guest tables. The air condition was not on and was blowing hot air; so when the outside temp was 90+ we ended up eating in our car. Employees were standing right outside the door entrance smoking. The customer service was nonexistent. Embarrassing for BK. Fix it.

I was the second car in line to order. The car in front of me waited a considerable amount of time until someone took his order. When I pulled up they said please wait. I waited over 5 minutes before I gave up and pulled away. I left 5 cars behind me. Perhaps BK corporate should inform this location of the meaning of fast food. If we had a MacDonalds, I could have finished my meal in the time I waited.

It was 11:45 am and 1st door was locked so we went around to the other door. Went to counter and one of the employees said dining room was closed due to lack of workers. She reluctantly took our order. We noticed there were 3 ladies working in the back. Had enough time to cut up and chit chat. It’s a newer remodeled Burger King and was disappointed that on a Saturday at lunch they’d close the dining room. ALOT of customers tried to get in. They lost alot of business!

Although i’m fully aware that fast food restaurants aren’t known for their friendly service and pleasant attitudes, the woman working the drive through yesterday afternoon around 3:45ish was so rude and unpleasant that I have to leave a review. It’s literally free to be kind to people and costs nothing to at least be decent. I didn’t do or say anything that should’ve set her off, and as someone who has worked in the food service industry in the past I make it a point to go out of my way to be kind to people in this industry because I’ve been there and I understand!! What I don’t understand was why she was so unkind to me when I literally said nothing to her that should’ve warranted that kind of treatment. I understand everyone has bad days but it’s so weird to me that people are allowed to get away with acting this way.

I assure you I will never return to this store again and the next thing I will be contacting the corporate office. Just save the drama and go to Hardee’s the will treat you with respect and know how to talk to you. Last time I checked that’s not how you treat a paying customer.

Stopped by here early sat 2/18 lobby was clean everyone was super friendly food was good. Only thing is the broiler probably needs turned up a little bit our burgers were a little pink in the middle. I don’t mind a medium burger but when it’s a fast food burger it’s more of an issue. Tall guy running the register was super cool and friendly.
