My husband had been in the mood for Burger King for a while so I pulled in to the drive through. After a moment someone said would you like to place an order and I replied yes, and continued with my order. I was stopped and told they were short staffed and weren’t taking large orders. But wait, what did we want? Six Whoppers with cheese? Three fries? Yeah! We got you! What else? Large coke. No! We can do a medium coke tho. We ain’t doin big orders. i placed an online order and waited over 40 minutes, 20 minutes at the drive in order screen and then another 20 minute’s. the service at this location is beyond terrible. The worst service imaginable. The staff have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and dont seem to care otherwise. I ordered a typical lunch that included a Whopper, Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, and cheese sticks. As you can see from the receipt and photo, 20 minutes later we had food. I ordered a Whopper with no cheese or mayo and got both. Cheese sticks had no chreese in them. No point stopping at this place. Wait 5 min for the Wendys up the road.

really dont like putting businesses down however this is for everyone who buys food there. The service has been terrible since Covid and they re opened. Its not the employees fault. They are always short handed. However today I went to the counter, ordered food for the family and watched a large roach walk right behind the server. The floor had fries all over it as it seems to always be the case. I told the server to cancel my order and that she had a roach walking behind her and she just looked at it and stood there. I know many restaurants may have a bug issue but when they start walking around in daylight with people working I would tend to wonder what happens when the lights are out. Perhaps they don’t even have an exterminator contracted. Who knows! But anyway, Just wanted to let you all know. Unfortunately the next closest one is Hardeeville and the management dont treat the employees any better there. Last summer they had to work inside without air conditioning for at least two weeks i know of. If I remember correctly its under the same ownership but cant confirm.

I love Burger King’s burgers, probably more than any other. My whopper was perfection and the chocolate shake was heaven. The associate that took our drive through order and served our food was nice and had good drive through manners. He had an up-beat tone/attitude, even though he was VERY busy. I deducted a star solely because of the wait time. We waited in the drive-thru lane at least 12 to 15 minutes. It looked as if they were short an associate because the same guy was taking the orders, payments and serving the food. Despite how busy he was, he had a smile, our order was accurate and came out hot and fresh! I definitely recommend this Burger King.

Horrible customer service at the window. Bad attitude. If you hate your job stay home don’t push that energy on to others early in the morning. Some people love life and want to push love and light into others. This Burger King apparently doesn’t have anyone who wants to do that.
