The manger was super nice and attentive. This location was clean, including the bathrooms, and modern like it’s been recently renovated. Condiments were stocked and drink area was stocked and pretty clean. I will say, the food was a little cold. Not sure why because I saw them prepare it and they didn’t take very long to serve us but yeah all in all it was a good rest stop on our little road trip.

I’m unsure of the lady who was working the window this afternoon around 12:25, but her customer service was absolutely terrible! She cut me off and got smart with me while I was ordering, was not attentive at all when placing my order asking me what I stated more than twice, even at the window she handed me a coke with ice when I asked for a sprite no ice (twice), and then told me they had no bbq sauce. AND when I left, my sprite turned out to be sparkling water, and I had no receipt to be able to identify her name. So when calling the store, nobody answered , and the mailbox was full. Oh and the fries had absolutely NO SALT on them l. I can’t even thoroughly enjoy my meal. This is highly disappointing!

They are super slow! The person fixing the food pulled their pants up numerous times with gloved hands and use those same gloved hands to fix the food. Their hair is also hanging down under their cap in the front which defeats the purpose of wearing a cap and sloths move faster. The fries and the cheese sticks were cold and they were out of packs of ketchup.

Never in my life have I gone to a fast food restaurant and there been an issue every time I go, until I’ve TRIED patronizing this location. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day i go there is always something. Everytime I go here there is either something they don’t have, the computers are down, they can only take cards, etc. The last time I went they were only taking cards, no big deal right? Wrong… it didn’t stop there. They were also out of slushy, chicken fries, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, a few other things, and CHEESE. YES CHEESE! This is unacceptable and don’t hit me with “the truck didn’t come in” because I’m well aware of the fact that burgers kings can “borrow” inventory from other locations. And as I stated in the beginning, this is everytime I go there. Please do better or get better management.

Had high hopes when BK came to town was great at first but now it is terrible. A week ago went inside to order, not that busy and stood there for ten minutes and no one even spoke to me. I was in uniform might have been the reason. Stop today through drive thru they can only take card or exact change. It’s always something, I’m done. Just checking in…yes it’s still horrible.
