The three stars are for the lovely employees I encountered on the night shift, right before closing. Other than that they have earned a big fat goose egg! I went in for breakfast this morning, it was a little after 9 and at first I thought they were closed. There was absolutely no one around, no cars in drive thru or parking lot and not customers in the lobby (which it is usually ALWAYS this way with the exception of the ‘dinner crowd’ and even then very few). I ordered FIVE French Toast Sticks, and that was all! I had to wait bout ten minutes but that was ok. What wasn’t ok was what was in the bag that they sent me on my Merry way with… Check it out (it’s hard to tell in the pic. But that is only THREE french toast sticks, one of which had the very end of one kinda fused so it looks like two… BUT ITS NOT, and keep in mind that as I’m waiting, one of the employees comes to me all sweet and says, ” we’re just waiting on your french toast sticks, we dropped them fresh for you”)

As I state in all my reviews for any chain restaurants, the max stars I give are a four. This rating is based on “Fast Food”. Not like a Longhorn or Chili’s, etc. Food was cooked on order. Burgers were tasty and pleasing the eye. My wife and I substituted the fries for the onion rings. The “Zesty” onion ring sauce can’t be beat. We were surprised that with the coupon the rings and drinks were Large size. For $5.99 plus tax for the price for two people to eat lunch cannot be beat. Highly recommend this location based upon the above. Enjoy!

Don’t know how to handle customers. Food was not ready. Told me to park near front door. A car parked too close to the only other curbside pickup. They knew which car I was parked in and told me they could only bring the food to me if I parked in curbside. He literally walked to my car just to tell me I had to move because that’s where curbside supposed to park.

There DL doesn’t do his job and he more worried about going out of town and chasing woman than doing what he is supposed to be doing. Robbys boss Jess is a racist and disrespectful towards employees. There employees steal and r very disrespectful towards customers . There bathrooms are nasty and food comes out cold or not done and I’ve had food poisoning before because of under cooked chicken there . There employees are untrained . I hope they shut this store down
