Just take a look at the classic chicken sandwich pictured that my son ordered. The lettuce looks spoiled. The dark round stuff on the side is also actually lettuce. I’m not sure if it was supposed to come with other stuff but looks incomplete to me. Hopefully this was an off day. Better luck to you!

They served me raw chicken .I ordered a few chicken biscuits to take to the clinic for my coworkers. I took a bite an immediately the taste and texture were horrible and then I look at the biscuit and see the chicken is completely raw! My coworkers threw theirs away and I kept mine to take back to BK. The lady refused to refund for the others and only for the one I returned. The LEAST you can do is a full refund!!

I have an update to add. The management at this location currently is beyond unacceptable. This was my sandwich a few days ago. I had to get out of my vehicle in the pouring rain to go back in and address this. The sandwich is almost in discernible as to what it is. It’s supposed to be a Junior whopper. When I went back in to request a refund I was met with great attitude. Older lady maybe Hispanic lm not sure, but she was definitely the manager and insulted me in front of everybody. She also made reference of me not being a good father to my eight year old son, who was with me at the time. I’ve never been spoken down to and treated with such disrespect as I was from this woman that day. All I wanted was a refund not another sandwich. and she was beyond disrespectful. No person in management at a fast food place or other establishment should speak to a loyal patron like this. I’ve given this restaurant five stars in the past but now it is a one star rating or less. Beware of this location. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, I would encourage you to do so. This location will probably shut down soon because of its incompetency and inability to properly train its employees. Poor management is the decay of a good establishment. In addition to her poor behavior, I witnessed employees, touching cell phones with gloved hands, and then making food and picking up trash off the floor and throwing into the trashcan with gloved hands and then proceeding to make food. Absolutely unacceptable. And no one wears hairnet, and they take off their hats and rub their hair while on the assembly line. Absolutely disgusting habits for a restaurant.

I mobile ordered and the dining room was unexpectedly closed during the middle of the day, which has happened to me before and they always give me my food anyways, but this time the employees were extremely rude to me and ignored me for over five minutes. I’ve asked before if they would like me to go through the drive thru if this happens and they said no and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. This time they (different employees) refused to give me my food and shut the door in my face. The guy was so rude I was too scared to let the bag out of my site in fear he’d do something to it, so I ended up leaving without the food I had already paid for.

5/20/17 half the staff called in and from the beginning were told that they were sorry for any wait. Was still pretty quick and they were very nice. Good food and left full and pleased with our lunch.
