I ordered the number 2 combo meal – Texas Double Whopper. The jalapeños added a nice kick to the sandwich. After that, I ordered a classic oreo shake. The food was just okay. Nothing worth coming back for. While it wasn’t busy, the service, however, was a little slower than expected. If I’m in the area again, I’ll try the other BurgerKing just down the road.

I went though the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich was asked to pull up Ramona was gonna bring it out to me. I waited for 15 mins and decided to go in to realize that she forgot about me. They gave me my sandwich without cheese after that long wait they still couldn’t get my order right. I asked for a refund, customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I will not be going back there in the future. Very unprofessional and rude never apologize about it or showed any concern. She needs to be kind to paying customers and show some empathy.

I stopped by this BK as I needed to go to the bathroom 05/28/23 at 9:45am. I walk into the ladies room and an employee wearing a blue polo, tan skin, dark hair was sitting on the left toilet with the door wide open while on her phone. I immediately recognized that it must be an embarrassing situation for her so I apologized and proceeded to go to the next stall. This door I opened was unlocked but I very quickly found out there was another employee with dark skin, long hair in that stall with her phone as well who seemed annoyed that I opened the door on her: excuse me? Do doors and locks not work anymore? The girl in the left stall did not make an effort to close her door by the time I left just sat there on her phone. I was completely mortified and quickly walked outside of the restaurant. I still had to use the restroom so I elected to use the men’s restroom when going back in as I hadn’t seen either of the two girls leave the restroom..it was such a weird experience and immediately turned me off from eating there. I started to wonder if the employees were doing something they shouldn’t be because their behavior was super odd. Check your cameras to confirm my story. I didn’t bother calling because I believe the girl in the blue shirt is a manager.

Definitely won’t be coming here again. I believe this fast-food restaurant stops taking walk-ins after 8 pm and only allow drive-ins. At this point, all orders are tardy. I’m writing this review because I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my meal on several occasions (and 20 minutes is a conservative estimate). And do I have to even mention their “unwillingness-to-work” tone as they take their order? You’ll find out if you visit.

ordered curbside to save time. sat for 10 mins waiting in the parking spot and figured to just go inside since curbside seemed to be a waste. doors locked. tried drive through, stuck in a line of six cars that haven’t moved in another 8 minutes. waste of time and money, left workout my order

This has to be the worst Burger King I’ve been to. I go to the drive thru…all I hear is “cash only”. I saw excuse me..”cash only”. Customer service nonexistent. Employees have a lazy demeanor. I ordered 2 Whopper Jr.’s with cheese. I got my oder and asked before I drove off ” you did add cheese right”? Yes! Got home, looked like 2 burger sliders with no cheese. Throw the whole store away! I haven’t read 1 positive review. Apparently their management doesn’t read them. Spend your money elsewhere.

They got my order wrong. Then refused to correct it. The guy behind me had to argue with them when they got his order wrong. 5 people came up to the front and they all argued on how to fix it. Never coming back again.

I ordered 2 for $4 breakfast croissants and guess what was inside when I opened it up to put the Jelly in there. HAIR. Won’t be seeing me again cause that is definitely trifling. It was bad enough the girl at window had an attitude but to top it off this happened smh.
