Came here for lunch on Sunday. Decided to dine in the lobby for today. They have the lobby decorated for the holidays which looks nice. I was helped by the staff pretty quickly. My food came out pretty quick as well. Plenty of drink options with the soda machine. Ordered the whopper with cheese and bacon. I would say the food came out pretty good. Similar to other locations. The men’s restroom was also clean, and looks nice with the tile layout.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Girl at the drive thru window needs an attitude check. Talks to a person like they are dumb. Some guy took over from her and started talking to us like we were ignorant. Even said “good job” after we finished ordering. Took everything for me not to say something back. Worst service ever. Save yourself the trip to avoid being talked to like you’re a child.

Good grief, super disappointing visit especially when I decided to give BK a chance because I never go to BK. Got not a single thing from this meal that I wanted. No bacon on my sandwich that I specifically ordered because it has bacon. Ok that’s fine at least I have fries, fries are great. Nope, unsalted bland fries but they were hot and fresh. Just with 0% salt added. And lastly milkshakes were not currently available. This is why I go to Chick-fil-A.

Is it too hard to get a whopper? I explained that the “flower” was excessive to a point that made my sandwich taste wierd! So instead of making me a new sandwich, they handed me a bottom bun! I thought this was a joke! But she was dead serious! NEVER EAT AT THIS BK!!!

I used to like this Burger King but on 2 separate occasions I came here at 11:30 and it’s close even do it says it’s open until 12 am this is just unbelievable. I would have came earlier fix your hours.
