I came to pick up a grub hub order that was placed 20 mins beforehand. I showed up wasn’t even started. They said they wait for the customer to arrive to start the order AND they had orders ahead of it and it would still take about 15 mins (for fast food that was ordered 20 mins before.) The lady (assuming a manager) with Pink hair and no name tag was extremely rude, disrespectful and ghetto. No customer service whatsoever!

It was the worse food we have ever ate the fries were cold !! I ask for cheese on my whopper and didn’t get it!!! My husband’s cheeseburger was cold and to much mayonnaise he couldn’t even eat it !!! This place should be shut down and just started over. Went in around 1 o’clock on a Sunday, no one was in there. Went through the drive-through first, sat there for two minutes and no one answered. Decided to go in because no one was in there, but have set of kids. Get it together burger king this isn’t looking good for you, today I when to the drive thru guess what I was sitting there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to say can I take your order but guess what the employee came out of nowhere saying the speaker isn’t working you will need to order on mobile app he say we will bring order to you on parking lot. We order waited 10 minutes nobody came out to bring the food we order on mobile so we decided to go to drive thru window to see what was happening we waited for other 12 minutes a lady came out to window we asked we order on mobile app guess what she say we close we not taking orders no more we close like can you put a sign or something saying speaker isn’t working we taking mobile order only but no I waited my time I ended up going to wendy. This is embarrassing I never seen anything like this happen from Massachusetts where i was from they more professional over there then over here. Stop being lazy and cheap fix things up you losing money I seen like 8 vehicles head to McDonald’s next to you.
