The guys that are running the place now are extremely friendly, welcoming and on point. They are quick and the food is correct every time. You’d better do what you have to keep these guys your business will double or triple by this time next year with an A-1 crew like this! I have 3 Burger Kings within 3 miles of my house and I will always go to this one as long as these guys are there!

Went through the drive thru. The gentleman was nice and quick. He gave our order accurately. I felt bad for the owners of this establishment. The food was cooked.right, built right, and accurate. Burger King quality in general was awful. Whopper was small, fries were hot but low grade compared to others. Chicken Nuggets were good.

The staff here is amazing. I wish I new the woman’s name who was at the drive through. Not only did they get my order right, the amount of happiness was insane. Everyone was smiling. The woman knew exactly what I wanted and my food was great. Please take the time to commend your staff. They make it happen and they did it with smiles which made my day. I’m serious, they all need free food and a raise. I work in staffing and it is so hard to find great people. Thank you.

Went at 12:30. Signs everywhere that states”sorry”. Are you closed or open or something else? Asking me for $10 is a giant streaach and something you have to justify. Will not consider it at this price and service. Ended up going to wendys and got five dollar boggy bag with great food that was open and willing to sell to me

I went there on 24 Janaury 2022 and it was horrible. No drive through. So I went inside to place my order and it was evident that there is no manager or supervisor at this place. A bunch of guys with horrible customer service skills, no uniforms, pants below the waist just disgusting. There was only one young man working the one dispatching the food he was cordial and professional. Got home with the sandwich an it was disgusting you could tell it was something made on the rush. The restaurant was dirty, the soda machine was dirty, so I didn’t even get the drinks. I regreat going there to eat. Corporate need to take a look at this facility. If there was a -5 stars that’s what I would grade this place.

So the manager Anthony in the evening does two things that appear to be unprofessional. One the lights on the building aren’t on and would give you the impression that they are closed so it means their sales are most likely down but I guess his upper management doesn’t care. Second he plays with his numbers when time to serve the cars and drive through because he parks every single car when I pulled up there were six cars parked then he doesn’t take your order until you pull up to the window and what happened to me and my order he forgot to add the nuggets on even though giving me the total at the speaker. Then after my fake pool to play with his numbers like he’s serving customers and an excellent time I had to pull back around a second time and pay for him and ask for my receipt because he didn’t initially give it to me. I asked for the corporate’s number and he said I could go online and find it myself very unprofessional.

Ordered a plain whopper, received a whopper with cheese. My kid is lactose intolerant. No one will answer the phone. I let it ring for several minutes. Someone picked up and hung up. April 16. 5:30. The female manager must be off today. She’s very professional.

The impossible burger was very tasty. It wasn’t greasy or heavy. Bread was nicely toasted and when you got to the bite of the sandwich with the lettuce, pickles, onions and the sauce it gave a nice burst of flavor fulfillment. Location has a couple entry points, which makes it easy to get in and out during busy times. The customer service was average at the drive through box. It was better at the window. Greeted with a smile and a pleasant goodbye.
