Everything has been so great since their remodel. The service has been top-notch. The food has been tasty and of decent quality every time we’ve gone. My kids absolutely love the new playground. They just cannot get enough of it. Overall, this is one of the better Burger King restaurants in the area. Oh and not to mention the food is still very reasonably priced and has not increased too much due to inflation. You’re still able to get some food for very cheap.

If I could give them a zero I would. I waited a whole ten minutes for my food, then they gave me the wrong order and had to wait another five for them to fix it. I got home, opened up one of the burgers, and it was missing a second patty and bacon. I called to get a refund, because I paid for it. They had the audacity to hang up on me after I stated that, “I got the wrong order, and was wondering if I could get a refund for it,” then unplug the phone because it wouldn’t even ring anymore. I would not even step foot in here if I was you, the food is mid, and the staff is clearly rude.

By far the best Burger King location I’ve seen! It’s either newly built or renovated but they did a terrific job! It’s also probably the largest BK I’ve ever seen, but business seems good, there are plenty of customers. Everything looks nice, the interior looks nice and casual and nicely decorated. It’s also very clean. The parking lot also looks great, fresh paint everywhere. And bring the kids because there’s a fun, brand-new playground waiting for them, also the biggest one I’ve seen at any Burger King or any other fast food restaurant for that matter.

I ordered a BIG FISH meal add tomato and cheese, and they forgot to add either of them to my sandwich. After seeing this I went to the counter to politely address the mess up, now while they could have done the bare minimum and just given me the add ons to put on myself instead they without hesitation remade my order to fix their mistake. I was very pleased with the order and the speedy pleasant customer service I received during this encounter.

Building is fantastic. Crew was polite. Food was cold and after I had eaten most of the whopper, I open the bun and noticed the pattie was pink inside. I didn’t eat anything else and I can only hope I don’t get sick.
