I say I won’t come back but this time I mean it. They got my order incorrect and it took forever to finally sit down with two kids. The lady in front of me has a dog with her. I asked if dogs were allowed and she said no, but that was the extent of that. I love dogs. Not while I eat at a fast food place but whatever. The mold on the apple sauce is the main reason I’m refusing to return considering the lady was tired of seeing me return for their errors and didn’t even apologize.

Stopped in to have lunch and to try the new Burger King in Carrollton(not exactly new but my first time eating inside the new building) and was served quickly and food was hot and fresh and that was a change to say the least as I usually experienced cold fries or some part of my meal is usually wrong but everything was good establishment was clean and super busy or so it seemed. Had some laughs at people watching while there but overall was a great lunch! New building was nice and up to date but the bench seats are a little uncomfortable but not extremely they just sit kinda weird but that is not anything unusual for those of us who have back problems…

Only because there’s not a negative two star rating.. very unprofessional Nice building though.. however the management sucks because when you try to call up there for any reason at all they don’t ever answer the phone. And on the very slim chance that they do, you’ll get a lady who is very rude, and who answers the phone, “Hello?” Like she’s answering her home phone . Very rude. No help. I was told “we don’t do that here”… My question was, Do you still have the two whoppers for $5? .. I guess the old days of Burger King saying You can have it your way, it’s History… Zero stars

I had just finished an appointment and stopped by drive thru to pick up supper for me and my wife. Service was slow, but employees were friendly. I paid, got my burgers and headed out (I live 45 min away). I got home opened bag and was missing a burger. When I called to report this I was put on hold 15 min later I hung up. When tried to call back line was busy (all 6 times). Doesn’t seem like they worry once the food leaves

Food was good but service needs to get better. Came inside to pick up mobile order and was never greeted. Stood at register for almost 5 mins until another customer entered and we began to talk. Cashier returned to counter, took their order and, once again, ignored me. Not until I interrupted another worker at the window was I finally given my order which had been sitting since my arrival. Maybe it was the lunch rush but ALL paying patrons shouldn’t just be ignored as I was.
