We arrived in the drive-thru at 6am. Website says they open at 530. We stayed in line with many other cars behind us waiting for someone to come take our order. After at least 10 min of waiting I called . They lady that answered was very polite and apologetic. She explained that their drive-thru was broken and was short 2 staff. She didn’t have a cashier or biscuit maker!!!! Very disappointed in this particular store. ☹️

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. Went there today and they tried give me what they wanted me to have as my order instead of what I wanted. If you are selling single, doubles and triples you need have them listed with prices or ask the customer which would they like to have. You do not just give them one or the other. Then on top of that it was not good. Will be awhile before I think about going back. But I have only high praise for the manager that handled the situation.

Usually they have good and quick service and friendly employees. Yesterday I wasn’t very happy with the service. We went inside because the drivethru was packed and waited 20 minutes for 2 Whopper meals and a Bacon King meal. When we got home and looked in the bag (which we should’ve done before leaving) there were 3 burgers and two fries. They need to step their game back up
