Took them almost 30 minutes of my lunch break to receive my meal. Gave me the wrong bag told me it all was there and walked off, I set there till she came back to let her know it was the wrong order. When I finally got everything it looked as if they heated it up dipped it in a bucket of grease and have it to me. The worst Burger King hands down. I didn’t say anything due to already having a bad day and I didn’t trust myself to open my mouth. They need new employees and a better manager

I was hesitant to come here when I saw some really bad reviews but I like Burger King and I’m glad I ignored the bad reviews because it was great I can’t speak for everyone of course but it’s 12 o’clock on a Tuesday and I got great customer service and my food was actually fresh and hot. I almost had to let it cool off even the fries were fresh and that almost never happens anywhere! The girls up front deserve some recognition as well as the cooks because this was one of my best experiences in a Burger King! 5/5 would recommend for sure

My chicken fries was burnt cold I asked for regular they gave me spicy milk, steamer regular in my husband talk pacifically told you know spicy because she can I eat spicy but they gave he spicy anyways.he wouldn’t eat the spicy he and went to the hospital. I always enjoy when Ms Candice is running this location. But today with the assistant manager Mellie, I barely got a good customer service but once another customer of another skin tone, came in, her attitude changed. He received better service than me. Sandwich was slapped together as well. Lobby looked a mess. Props to the team that works on the days Candice works,I always receive great customer service on those days.

This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. they gave me a burger that had been put in a microwave after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru. The cheese was so hard it was stuck to the paper, the outside was cold and the inside was steaming hot. I thought the lady forgot about me after she took my money which led me to believe my food was being cooked fresh (oh and she didn’t give me a receipt). I went back and the lady said corporate didn’t allow them to give a refund but they would replace my meal. I contacted corporate and they said someone would be in contact with me in 5-10 days and I haven’t heard from anyone. I barely ever go to burger king but when I go to this location there’s ALWAYS an issue. I could care less about the money, the service and quality is unacceptable.

I went on my lunch break and was the only car in the drive thru, it took 15 min to get my food. The young lady working the drive thru clothing looked like she had not washed her uniform in weeks. It was covered in grease and food stains. When pulled to the window she made me back up to the first window and told to wait there. After waiting Gordon ten minutes. She then had me pull up to the second window where she give me my drink and told me to pull up to pull again to the door where I waited another five to ten minutes for my food that came out cold. Then when I asked for honey mustard. Her reply was “I didn’t order any nuggets”. I must say that this the worst Burger King in the Metro Atlanta Area. Please just shut it down !!!.

This place is ridiculous!! I found hair in my fries that were supposedly freshly dropped! The picture shows how I grabbed a few fries to stuff my face, looked down and see a short brown hair. This place needs to be shut down and revamped because nasty doesn’t happen over night..
