The Health Department need to shut this place down. There was trash and flies everywhere. Tables were very nasty with dried food on them. Whomever gave this establishment a 95/A rating need to be found and brought up on criminal charges. This is the filthiest place I’ve ever seen.

Went in last night, asked for my food to be dropped fresh and got the coldest food on chewy bread. The manager even assured me it was dropped fresh. I was ready to give 1 star. Instead, I went in this morning and Andrea and Joy happily made it right no problem. Maybe it’s just night shift ♂️ They might not deserve 4 stars but that morning shift doesn’t deserve less!

Two times I’ve tried to buy food here. First visit, no ice. I had to go out into the store to get ice but seems the drive thru drinks all had ice. Whopper assembled so poorly, looked like it had already been eaten. Second visit, I was turned away at the counter because of some system glitch. Person was rude. I said I’ll wait a few minutes and see if it comes. Counter person proceeds to talk me out of waiting and says flatly she won’t take my order. I understand she has no control over the system but she has control over that mouth and hw she addresses the people who are trying to pay her salary. Needs a actually present manager who is interested in the customer. I was hoping to buy meals for four people.

I had been driving all night and was falling asleep at the wheel. I went to two separate McDonald’s before I arrived. One wasn’t open when it was posted they should be. The other was a beautiful facility but with the worst staff ever. People were literally walking out together in formation.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location was an absolute JOKE. It took 15 minutes before our order was taken, then the wait for our food was even longer. The employees were rude and when we were given the wrong items, they dismissed our concerns. I HIGHLY recommend everyone find somewhere else to do your business.

The speaker did not work on drive thru. The beverage was not all the filled up when he gave it to us. The worst part was all the flies at this location. We had about 5 flies come inside our vehicle and I lost count of how many were inside the location. We should have gone to subway across the road.

I over heard a rude conversation while was in line behind a gentleman about to order the guest said some joke about himself being “fat”. there was a manager and 2 employees standing there they all laughed at his joke but the manager replied “no your not fat I’ve seen bigger look behind you” and they all had a good laugh. I was larger than the guest and found it to be rude. I said something to the manager when I got to the register and she denied she was talkin about me and in fact she was talking about another guest. I told her it doesn’t matter who she was talking about it was rude her excuse was “I was talkin about him cause we always have problems out of him”. Since when in any area of service is it ok to make jokes about one guest to another guest in front of other guest? And she didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding if that’s what it was she told her employees she need a breath of fresh air as if I was being rude. this happened at 1058am the manager was African American woman with long braids. I didn’t get her cause she didn’t wear a name tag. true classless manager
