It has improved so much from the last time I’ve eaten here. Food was very fresh, and the lady that helped us was the sweetest. I didn’t get her name but she was working on the grill and then came to take our order. I believe she may have been Hispanic. The guys never bothered to even tell us someone will be with us in a moment or anything, I was getting a little p… Until she came and had the biggest smile, great personality, and customer service.

The order was taken and placed on the kitchen monitor. The cashier that took the order didn’t listen. The cook informed me my order was correct because he made the order exactly as it appeared on his monitor even though the cashier placed it on the monitor incorrectly. The cook then made me another burger exactly like the first incorrect burger. This has happened my last 3 visits to this location. Three strikes and the Burger King in Buford is out. At the Burger King in Buford Georgia you don’t get it your way like the commercial says. You get it their way whether you like it or not. I would not recommend this location even if the food was free because the entitled attitude of the young workers is enough to make you throw up. Right after lunch time visit….never again!!!! P.S. The manager is a little wimp like most 30 something’s that doesn’t know how to deal with confrontation…. apparently his safe place when they have a customer complaint is hiding behind the wall at the drive thru.

girl doing drive thru window tonight extremely rude. food did not take long at all, and we weren’t there long, but in the time we were there, she did not greet us, did not say you’re welcome after my fiancé said thank you multiple times, and gave me a dirty look with her lips pursed because I was playing around with my fiancé IN THE CAR, waiting for her to open the window and take our payment. if you hate your job, just quit. go find a new one. i checked the receipt so i could give her name, but there was no name on there.

I can’t speak about the inside of this location but the outside was clean, I was there for lunch hour and they weren’t all that busy and it still took quite a while to get my food. The guy taking my order did not read back my order to me he also did not verbally tell me my total, he basically took my order and then remained silent with no communication. Then when I get to the window to pay and get my food there was a different guy taking my payment and again there was no communication, my fruit punch drink was running all over the side of the cup so bad I had to use a hand rag in my truck to whipe the cup off first before I could reach back out the window to grab my food bag. There was no thank you or have a good day or anything of that nature, it was kind of odd the lack of communication at this location. The fries were hot and the Burger was good. The reason I give them 2 Stars is because the complete lack of communication, there was NO DRINK STRAW IN THE BAG and I didn’t realize it till I’d already pulled away from the window. ( So annoying when that happens!) and how badly by drink was running all over the outside of the cup and the guy handing it to me had to of seen it and did nothing before handing it out the window to me, it was really that bad and nobody wants all that sticky in their vehicle….

It was good, but really not outstanding. You would have to wait like 3 minutes for someone to come and ask what you want. My mom’s burger looked gray, and we think it wasn’t grilled but reheated. There wasn’t any ice either. This BK is ok.

My boyfriend bought 2 chicken sandwiches at this Burger King, I was so hungry i did not notice it at first after taking like 3 bites I saw a bit mold on my bread, I lost my appetite instantly and I was sick to my stomach it’s so upsetting.

Ok tasting food. Good value with coupons or the app. Not well kept up. I like the taste (stronger coffee taste than most places) of their pre-mixed iced coffee & frappes. Burger King in the Suwanee/Buford area (Northeast suburbs of Atlanta) don’t appear to do a very good business compared to other area fast food joints so sometimes nuggets & fries sit a bit long. Considering their low traffic, the Buford-Suwanee area BK’s are surprisingly cluttered (unkempt, full trash cans, un-wiped tables). This one falls into the pattern.

Dine in during dinner time. The hours listed in Google are accurate. The dining room is open, this time, but never can tell day to day. The service was average. The food was warm, and as expected. The restaurant was clean in the dining room and bathroom. Overall, pleasant visit, and I am unsure to return to this restaurant.
