This was the first and last time getting Burger King breakfast. I stopped here before my work shift and had to wait 15-25 minutes for a fresh chicken biscuit and some French toast sticks. As soon as I ate into the biscuit I could tell it was cold and looked down and noticed it was completely raw on the inside. The staff was completely unprofessional the manager this morning didn’t even seem shocked when I showed her what I just ate didn’t have any concern at all like this had happened before and this was something they were use to seeing. I’m so disgusted I will see about legal action because this is totally unprofessional and the person who made this clearly needs more training everyone in this store is completely careless on there phones not paying attention to the front counter I literally had to yell to get someone’s attention upfront for my money back. My stomach is killing me I have never had food poising but now I know what it feels like I never write reviews but whoever plans on eating at this location please don’t if it happened to me it can easily happen to you next time I’ll just cook at home. So disappointing if I could put no stars I would!

I stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes to see if anybody would look and check if there was a customer there. While I was there I heard someone talking about using a &–_$ drill bit to put a hole in something and at least two other people cursing in the back. There was a lady constantly complaining about not having enough people on staff. The coke tasted terrible. The fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was cold and unnatural. The urinal had a brown growth on it that looked like it hadn’t been touched since Carter was president. Several of the fluorescent lighting fixtures had no cover. There was a wifi device hanging a foot below the ceiling . The glass was dirty. There was nobody in the dining room and some of the tables were dirty. If they want to get customers back in this place they’re going to have to change the attitude of some of the employees and clean it up.

Recently ordered food with the Burger King app and showed up at the location about 15 min before closing most of the grills were already turned off. The staff was out going and even turned the grills back on to cook my food as well as the person behind me much better than the location near target

Easily the worst fast food place I’ve been to. Doesn’t matter whether you come at night mid day or morning you’re going to have to wait forever. The sweet tea always taste old. And even after the wait the food is somehow cold. I came by a fast food place for breakfast cause I needed it to be fast. But they said it’d be a 5 min wait on a sausage biscuit. Better off getting gas station food or going to mcds across the street

Cashier closed drawer oops! without giving me change and had to call up manager. After a lot of noise in the food prep area they emerged appearing irritated. I thanked them after they opened the drawer and they walked away grumbling back at me in a language I did not understand. I wouldn’t want angry people preparing my food. :-/

After this morning I will never be returning to this location again. Say goodbye to one of your regular 6 day a week customers. I order a simple two egg and cheese biscuits every morning and when I bite into sausage more than three times when I’m a vegetarian it gets ridiculous. Worst burger king around but it can always be fixed. Just not with me coming back.

Customer service is horrible. I could not hear her saying anything because of her microphone and started giving me an attitude. I had a gift card and as soon as she saw that she goes I don’t know she has something and told someone else in there. Then they said they cannot read my gift card bar code and i had to dig and give them the actual number. And the proceeded to say I have to pay the remaining and of course I would. But she could not get it work or something. The lady from earlier came back from the back and said just give her the food and say goodbye like they are doing me a favor. When I came home I knew that they messed up my order. They did not put any condiments that I asked for and the fries tasted like they have not changed their oil forever. They need to improve their customer service and do something about their attitude. The whole time I felt like I did something wrong and they are doing me a favor!
