I ordered the big king meal and there was nothing BIG about it. The whopper’s much bigger! If I didn’t have a coupon, I would not have chosen it(8.59). I understand how things are right now but dang! I did enjoy my meal. This isn’t directed at any particular store this is in general.

Usually, my experience here is terrible. Rude people in drive thru that will scream at you if you ask them to repeat themselves, won’t speak to you and practically throw the food out the window and slam it in your face, etc. I’ve always just dealt with it because I had no other choice for a fast food vegetarian meal near me for lunch. However, I entered today to dine in and Paeshunce immediately acknowledged me with a smile, was very knowledgeable, very polite, and overall did a wonderful job helping me place my order. This location never seems to be able to serve customers. I look, each time I pass to see if things have changed. At noon there was only one car in the line and they had pulled forward waiting for food. I do not know how this location keeps the utilities on no more people than they serve. I hope a good manager can come in and turn things around. I have been told that there was only one cook, computers were down, I will take your order in 3 seconds (and I finally pulled off after waiting 10 minutes), have pulled into the parking lot and an employee walked out the side door shaking her head no. I LOVE BURGER KING. Hate to keep being disappointed. If Chik-fil-a can do it why can’t Burger King????

Rude driver thru service. Why am I being mocked for trying to order a shake when your shake machine isn’t working? How am I to know it’s broken? Took them six minutes to even be ready to take my order. I’ve worked food service before. I know what it’s like to be tired at the end of the day after dealing with customers. This was not that. I was the only car in the drive thru, and the drive thru operator was immediately rude, not to mention mumbling all of their words.

Ordered on the app, get to the drive thru “we’re not taking orders right now.” Didn’t see a refund option on the app, said “I mean I already paid for it” “ok it’ll be about 20 minutes”.. I go park and 5 minutes later see them taking orders and handing food. Go back thru the drive thru “come around”.. get to the window “I need you to go park again”.. credit to support, they had already refunded me by this point so I pulled off and went to the one on Atlanta Hwy. Got my food in less than 2 minutes. This location needs to close. Have had nothing but issues here. You’re better off going to ChickFilA or Wendy’s.

Lol. I have lived 3 minutes from this place for about 5 years now. Every time I (or my husband) come here, there’s an issue.They’re out of straws, they’re out of meat, they’re not taking orders at this time, we don’t have cheese, or even our computer is down. I have left this bk empty handed more times than actually receiving food lol. It’s actually a running joke in our household. We have thought about making TikTok’s about this BK bc it’s honestly comical.
