Food was hot and delicious. Prior to getting my food (ordered a whole meal), my order was missing fries and they did not give me back my debit card. On a very hot day I came back for my fries and debit card. The manager on duty (male) was being very rude on my return to retrieve what was not given in the beginning. The rudeness of the manager triggered me to write this review and encourage my friends to not go here. Kudos to the good workers there under this rude manager. The manager’s customer service skills are beyond HORRIBLE.

We started going to this one because the one we used to go to would always have issues. Our order would be wrong. The environment was definitely negative and screamed red flags. The employees and all at the past one literally would steal money and stuff and not care if customers knew or not. Very unprofessional! This one however has gotten better and we will continue to do business with this location. Our order is always correct and good. I love what they’ve done with the chicken nuggets. Definitely a major improvement and they taste so much better in my opinion!! These are my favorite chicken nuggets by far now!! Please keep these now as they are! We will continue to do business with this location. Now if only you could improve your sauces. But definitely will be returning.

I ordered mozzarella sticks, and they charged me for the marinara sauce that comes with it. I will not return to this Burger King location. Not to mention they have multiple huge potholes all over the parking lot.
