Terrible customer service, we just passing through because of travel, we ordered two chicken sandwich meals, the first time our meals were not hot and missing cheese as requested… Then, the second time the order was still missing cheese so we requested a refund and the store refused to give us a refund, citing they are not giving refunds at this time… Then they gave us a receipt for whoppers meals when we order chicken meals so the recipe doesn’t match the meals in our possession or the amount my account was charged. We will be reaching out to corporate in the morning. Please do better and be better!!!

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, extremely unprofessional and the employees were horrible. A guy complained about his burger being cold and the employee fussed at him saying she just took it out the broiler and continued to fuss at him even as he walked back to his seat. I order 2 Swiss bacon whopper jrs, and of course they gave me regular cheese and not Swiss but I guess I was lucky to get any cheese. The place it self had a bad smell and back were they prepared the food it was trash on the floor everywhere. Would not recommend anyone go here AT ALL

Went on 04/21 at 6:20. No one greeted me and after a few minutes they said “we are drive thru only”. I asked why the doors were unlocked and no sign. No response. Asked for the location number so. Could call corporate, no one knew. As I left they locked the doors. Really. On a Friday night and your hours say midnight. Still calling corporate. I have heard numerous complaints about “refusal te serve someone”.

Food was cold and staff just didn’t care stuff was thrown together and they seemed more interested in closing and doing other stuff then replenishing stuff and were cold shoulding us the whole time.

I went inside to order because I had to use the restroom. All of the employees had their masks pulled down below their noses, defeating the purpose of wearing one. Then two customers came in with no masks. I anxiously waited for my order and started flashing nasty looks after they handed food to the people who ordered after me.
