As being located on base, I didn’t expect much, but let me tell you: That sweet and unsweetened ice tea is on point! But my sandwich bun was cold and my meat just barely warm anymore, the rest as ordered. I feel like I had gotten fresher food if I’d came during rush hour. The staff is very nice and the location clean.

First off, the restaurant is clean and looks good but I orders a Big fish meal add cheese, no pickle & onion rings instead of fries and a Hershey pie. Get back to my office and I have fries, and a regular big fish sandwich. No onion rings, no cheese, no Hershey pie and they put pickles on my sandwich.

So when I do come by usually, the service is usually fine and the customer service is good as well. Unfortunately today, one of the customer service today at the drive-thru window wasn’t good. The woman that was working there wasn’t professional while giving out the order. She looks like she was talking while walking away with frustration saying “Like dang, he so far out with his car”. They could’ve simply told me to pull closer if needed, instead, she was rude about it. Hope she has a blessed day and works on how to bring a positive attitude while working the drive-thru.

So, the staff is always friendly and great. My complaint…I go through the drive thru and ask for Dr Pepper and told on two different occasions that they don’t have any. I finally ask why they’re out and I’m told they do have Dr Pepper in the lobby, but not drive thru. My thought…it takes 5 seconds to go to the lobby and get a Dr Pepper. I then learn that BK has 2 min:20 sec to get my food ready and to me. So, the staff technically can’t get my Dr Pepper because they are locked to the clock and getting other customers served on time. The distributor needs to fix this and get Dr Pepper in the drive thru. The drive thru exists to meet customer needs and not have them come in for a soda that is only available in the lobby.
