I don’t understand the poor reviews. Since May 2003 I have been traveling regularly to Augusta, GA. Most of my stops at this Washington Rd. location are on my way back to NC, short of time, and needing a quick meal, and usually breakfast or lunch. I’ve never had poor service, I’ve never had poor or sub-par food. In fact, what drove me to send this review is the fact that today, once again, I found myself on a time constraint, and in need of a quick lunch. I had a great meal; Double Whopper, fries, and a soft drink. The Whopper, like always, was a really fine meal…fresh, tasty, good burger, and wrapped in a consumer-friendly wrapper that seems almost wax coated. No burger or tomato juices leak through (wish that was a ‘fast food law’). The fries were hot and crispy, but neither greasy nor dry. The fountain soda was mixed well and tasted like it should, not weak, not ‘stale’. I don’t know if this business has gone through some hard times or what, but those folks sent me back to NC – AGAIN – with a satisfied smile. Thank you! 🙂

I’ve been in and out of this Burger King for the 2 years I have been in Augusta and go out my way to visit this particular store because of the way the employees treat their customers. They are vet kind, understanding, and compassionate towards others. I will recommend this store to anyone over any other for that reason

Lobby closed closed closed chick filet next door is booming open lobby me and another customer tried walking inside this burger king at the same time to see a lobby closed sign we both went next door to chick filet y’all pay your dang staff and people will show up chick filet next door was bangin full of staff. Pay people that is the answer to the labor shortage $$$$$$$$$$.
