Southern Shenanigans

The food is always fine. The sweet girl that takes your order and checks you out at the 1st window is always cheerful and pleasant. However, that is often overshadowed by the staff member at the second window that gives you your order. She often has a bad attitude. Barely speaks or acknowledges you. Won’t even look at you. It’s almost like you are bothering her for being there. It just really makes you not want to come back.

The service is pretty good. The line for the drive thru seems to flow smoothly. However, the times that I have been there in the past and today, I always have to check my order to make sure it’s customized the way I order it. The order is taken correctly but when I get the order it’s not right. The quality of the food, and temperature has decreased as well.

Absolutely the worst environment I’ve experienced. Unclean, dirty and nasty drink area. Floor filthy, no one has cleaned or wiped down drink bar . Usually not quite this bad but I had debated whether to even eat the food I got because if that is viewable to public and they don’t care then it worries me about what I can’t see behind the counter. I’m not one to complain but ….this is not acceptable for no body. I guess they need health inspection again.

Every aspect of this dining experience was sickening. Cashier was rude,over charged for our meal and was filthy in uniform. The food arrived cold, and was not appealing in any manner. The dinning room was just nasty,an employee exited the restroom with a blue towel and started wiping tables. There is NO way this establishment would have passed a health inspection today.The sign out front says IMPoSSIBLE BURGEr…they got that right!
