If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a joke. They never have any food. I went to order and Bacon Swiss crispy sandwich meal they had no fries and also no freezes. I ordered a chicken sandwich as well with cheese. Both my sandwiches were this garbage! I had to throw them away they were inedible. This place should be shut down.

Just ate probably the freshest whooper I’ve ever had. The employees are very friendly and courteous and the food was great. I was wondering why the restaurant was pretty empty right at lunch time until I saw all the bad reviews. Maybe they are hit and miss but so far I’m 2/2. I’ll keep trying them and see if anything changes but for now I’m very satisfied

It was around 9:30pm when I went to this location. I was expecting a long wait, bad attitudes and horrible food…but surprisingly I got the exact opposite! Shout out to the night shift at this location. My wait was long but understandable, my food was fresh and great! The gentleman that took my order was efficient and I didn’t even have to repeat myself! Now that’s what I’m talking about. I love to see the young people out here getting this shmoney!* (Cardi B words ) CONTINUE to work hard and go get it guys! Job well done! ✊

For “future reference ” as I was told at the window, when trying to correct my order because I was cut off, try giving customers time to order. Especially when I was the only one in drive thru. I can see why now. I didn’t even want the food after seeing dirty fingernails. I never eat here and now I know why.

This place is the worst. Do not go here if you want fast or fresh food. We waited in the drive thru line with only one other car in front of us for 15 minutes. Just to be told when we got to the drive thru window to come inside because we have a mobile order (even though it was set for drive thru) and then upon going inside there are 4 employees standing around and one on his phone not doing anything. I talk to one of them and they don’t even have my order pulled up or anything. As they’re making my food they are complaining about how a car better not come through their drive thru and only one person was taking care of my order. The food that came out wasn’t even fresh, it was cold and the fries were old. I always go here and it is usually good but lately this is unacceptable. My visit was on May 9th at 6:38PM.

Store was not busy but apparently understaffed and poorly managed. Staff were loudly complaining about their situation as customers (including ourselves) had to wait quite a while for food. We had cold whoppers and weren’t confident in the cleanliness or quality of food prep judging by the staffs stress level and the overall look of the “restaurant”. I felt bad for them. Where’s the big-money franchise owner whose letting this represent them and the brand??

Literally, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, something is jacked up. Either they aren’t letting anyone inside, no one is working (I can see people in there but no one answers the drive through), they will consistently get your order wrong, they are closed during business hours, they will watch you walk up to the door and try to open it and tell you that the other door is unlocked when you go through the drive though. Every single time I come here, there is always something messed up. I’ve never had a good experience here. It’s an absolutely terrible spot, and I rarely leave reviews for fast food places because my expectations are pretty low. But this takes the cake.

After I paid, I was told to pull up to receive my order. Well I waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes, only to be told my food wasn’t ready because no one communicated that I was pulled up. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Jasmine! She came and checked on me, was apologetic, handle the situation and brought me my food fresh and hot! Thank you Jasmine, I’d give you 5 stars for sure!!!
